2018:

August 2018: New online sales outlet in Austria

Since August, the first selected designer pieces from GRAVITYSHAPES have been available on the mything online platform.

August 2018: 1st and 2nd place at the design competition «MY DESIGN ACCESSORIES»

GRAVITYSHAPES wins 1st and 2nd place at the international “MY DESIGN ACCESSORIES” competition of mything. With a Voronoi bowl in the category “Office” rank 1 and with a business card holder/stand in the category “Gadgets” rank 2.

Summer 2018: Expansion of the wood collection

Once again the extensive wood collection of GRAVITYSHAPES has been extended by new articles. Among the new objects are business card cases/stands, Post-it pen cases or Linsoft boxes.

May 2018: Porcelain objects become unicates

The 3D printed design objects of the first GRAVITYSHAPES porcelain collection become unique. The previous producer discontinued the production of 3D porcelain prints, which unfortunately means that GRAVITYSHAPES can no longer have any more porcelain pots produced there. Some exclusive unique pieces of porcelain are still available in the online shop.

Spring 2018: Expansion of the wood collection

The GRAVITYSHAPES wood collection has been extended by new design objects. Among other things with notebooks, agendas and jass card cases.

2017:

December 2017: New Christmas Edition of GRAVITYSHAPES

The new wood collection from GRAVITYSHAPES has been extended by a Christmas edition especially for the Advent and Christmas season. Filigree tealights, candles, napkin rings and gift boxes with star patterns create a peaceful atmosphere.

November 2017: 2nd place at «MY CHRISTMAS COLLECTION»

With a personalisable napkin ring, GRAVITYSHAPES achieved the 2nd place in the international “MY CHRISTMAS COLLECTION” competition of mything.

21-29 October 2017: Exhibition at the «dutch design week» 2017

3D printed design objects from GRAVITYSHAPES were guests at this year’s “dutch design week” in the Netherlands. At the largest Northern European design exhibition from 21 to 29 October 2017, GRAVITYSHAPES porcelain and nylon designer pieces were on display in Eidhoven.

September 2017: Publication in «Quartier Nachrichten Nr. 5»

A page-long article about GRAVITYSHAPES has been published in the September/October edition of Quartier Nachrichten.

September 2017: New wood collection from GRAVITYSHAPES

GRAVITYSHAPES presents the first design objects of the new 3D printing collection. By the end of 2017, the new collection will have over 200 different filigree wooden decorations and gift items, which will be available in two St. Gallen stores for the time being.

The Luxury Shop “Blue Banana Factory” in Paris (France) presents the GRAVITYSHAPES Voronoi fruit shell in its newsletter titled “5 fruits and vegetables a day?”.

July 2017: New sales point in St. Gallen (Switzerland)

Since July 11, many 3D printed design pieces from GRAVITYSHAPES are now available in the Creative Shop “Arten Rei.ch” in St. Gallen (Switzerland).

June 2017: Over 40,000 Downloads

In the first year, GRAVITYSHAPES recorded more than 40,000 downloads and some 250,000 object views of the print data provided for sale or free download.

June 2017: In Top 10 of the most popular Container

GRAVITYSHAPES “NATURE Plantpot” is one of the top 10 most popular 3D printed container objects at Thingiverse in June.

March 9 2017: Publication in «3D Make & Print»

In the current edition of the “3D Make & Print”, the filigree double-walled teallight holder from GRAVITYSHAPES is also presented. The new bookmagazine with the 3D model appeared on March 9 in the UK and on April 11 in the USA.

November, 2016: First sales outlet in St. Gallen (Switzerland)

The florist’s shop “Blumen Lachen” is the first local sales point for 3D printed designer pieces from GRAVITYSHAPES. The shop in St. Gallen (Switzerland), with the wonderful slogan “from human to human”, also becomes a creative partner and pick-up station for online orders.
